Effect: Obtaining the SK allowing for at least several weeks of storage in the possibly minimum production time.
2. Application of foliar application: Astvit with colloidal silver.
Expected effect: Growing the vineyard completely without chemistry
3. Limitation of varieties to the ones best suited to the habitat.
The effect: repeatable production of wines with the best taste qualities.
It is a long-lasting process that already on going for a few years.
The most promising is white variety Seyval Blank, from which dry wine gives a delicious taste to my soil.
I did not make the final choice from the red varieties. So far, I have the best hopes in Roesler.
