LOCATION

The Racławice Commune is the smallest in terms of population in the Lesser Poland Voivodeship. Located on the Miechowska Upland, where the highest elevation is 380 m above sea level.

Between the hills there are depressions in the latitudinal direction called pits. The lowest reduction is 270 m. The landscape of the commune is varied by ravines.

The commune is typically agricultural. Farmers are engaged in animal breeding. Retail and transport services are the dominant type of activity.

The whole commune is connected with water, most communal roads are paved.

The municipality has a primary school, junior high school, health center, pharmacy, cooperative bank, modern hotel, two catering establishments and a well-developed shopping network.
